The maintenance of the air source heat pump dryer is divided into three aspects: daily maintenance, monthly maintenance, and annual maintenance.
In terms of daily maintenance, check whether the power cord of the air source heat pump dryer is tight and the voltage is stable before starting it every day. Within 30 minutes after normal opening, check whether the operating pressure of each component is within the normal range. After the drying is completed, it is also necessary to clean the return air filter screen, clean the flocs in the dust collection box, ensure good ventilation, and enable the equipment to perform better drying effects.
Monthly maintenance mainly involves checking whether the components of the unit are damaged. Be careful to use a soft cotton cloth when cleaning all devices to avoid damaging the surface of the devices and affecting their service life. It is also necessary to thoroughly clean the fin heat exchanger of the dryer to ensure the optimal heat exchange effect of the unit. In addition, it is also necessary to check whether lubricating oil needs to be added to components such as fan bearings in order to reduce friction. Check the belt tension and adjust the pulley appropriately to ensure it is in a better working condition. For parts that are prone to detachment after vibration, including electrical circuits, pipeline connections, etc., tightening is also necessary.
Annual maintenance requires checking whether the fixing bolts of the unit base are loose, and if they are loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner. Also check the grounding of the equipment, the control of the computer board, the flexibility of the wind turbine and heat exchanger. The temperature gauge and other instruments on the equipment should also be sent to the local technical supervision bureau for measurement.
