(1) The construction acceptance of the equipment foundation shall be checked and accepted by the quality inspector of the construction department in conjunction with the civil construction worker, and the construction acceptance form shall be filled in. The construction quality of the foundation must conform to the foundation drawing and technical requirements.
(2) The final acceptance of the equipment installation project shall be carried out after the equipment has passed the commissioning. The equipment management department and the process technology department, together with other departments, will carry out the acceptance inspection with the participation of relevant personnel in all aspects of installation, inspection, safety, use, etc., make an appraisal, and fill in the installation and construction quality, accuracy inspection, safety performance, trial operation records, etc. The vouchers and the acceptance handover form shall be signed by all parties participating in the acceptance before the completion of the project.
(3) Go through the handover procedures after the equipment has passed the inspection and acceptance
The equipment unpacking acceptance (or equipment installation handover acceptance form), equipment operation test record form signed by all parties participating in the acceptance inspection and the technical documents brought with the equipment will be included in the equipment file management by the equipment management department; the accessories, For spare parts, fill in the spare parts storage form and send it to the equipment warehouse for storage. The safety management department shall establish a file on the safety issues in the installation test.
(4) After the equipment is handed over, the equipment management department will sign the equipment commissioning notice, and send the copies to the equipment management department, user unit, financial department, and production management department respectively for archiving, notice to start use, fixed asset management vouchers, and appraisal projects The basis of the plan.
