Work after dryer operation

(1) Clean, lubricate, fasten, replace or repair faulty parts and debug the equipment after running-in to make the equipment enter the best use condition;

(2) Make and organize the inspection records of the geometric accuracy and processing accuracy of the equipment and the test records of other functions;

(3) Organize records of the conditions (including troubleshooting) during equipment test operation;

(4) For the problems that cannot be adjusted, analyze the reasons and summarize from the aspects of equipment design, manufacturing, transportation, storage, and installation.

(5) Make an assessment conclusion on the operation of the equipment, handle the opinions, go through the handover procedures, and indicate the personnel and date participating in the trial operation.
