Dryer equipment trial operation
Equipment test operation can generally be divided into three types: idling test, load test, and accuracy test.
(1) Idling test: to assess the maintenance of equipment installation accuracy, the stability of the equipment, and whether the transmission, manipulation, control, lubrication, hydraulic and other systems are normal, sensitive and reliable, and other related parameters and performance are running without Beethoven. Under the state. No-load operation for a certain period of time is an indispensable step that must be run-in before new equipment is put into use.
(2) Equipment load test: The test equipment is tested under several standard load conditions, and in some cases. In the load test, the temperature rise of the bearing should be checked according to the specifications, and whether the hydraulic system, transmission, operation, control, safety and other devices have reached the factory standard, whether they are normal, safe and reliable. Trial operation under different load conditions is also a necessary work for the new equipment to run-in. The quality of the running-in test has a great impact on the service life of the equipment.
(3) Equipment accuracy test: Generally, it should be carried out after the load test in accordance with the instructions in the manual. It is necessary to check the geometric accuracy of the equipment itself and the accuracy of the work (processed product). This test is mostly carried out two months after the equipment is put into use.
