Basement fresh air dehumidifier and fresh air system

Now everyone knows that the main function of fresh air is ventilation, and some villas or first floors have basements. The ventilation in the basement is not smooth, and it is even more necessary to install a fresh air system in such an environment.
Due to geographical location, ventilation in basements cannot rely on windows. Some entire basements have no windows at all, and more are "semi basements" that are usually equipped with small high windows and cannot meet usage needs. Due to poor ventilation and insufficient sunlight, the environment in basements is dark and humid, which in turn breeds mold, bacteria, and so on.
Since it is not possible to achieve ventilation through windows, it is necessary to introduce a fresh air system. Remove the dirty air from the basement and introduce fresh outdoor air into the interior. The fresh air system is activated 24 hours a day to provide fresh air that has been sterilized and filtered indoors. This way, entering the basement space will not cause any odor.
So since there are issues with both heavy moisture and lack of air circulation in the basement, can fresh air achieve dehumidification while providing ventilation? This may be a concern for many users. The fresh air system can accelerate indoor air circulation and improve moisture issues. Imagine if a space with wind blowing through is easier to dry? But fresh air is not a dehumidifier after all, as dehumidifiers can discharge a lot of water every day. If the basement environment is humid, relying solely on fresh air is not feasible.
Now there is a machine called fresh air dehumidification on the market. After a detailed understanding, it was found that nominally it has two functions at the same time, but only one function can be guaranteed, and the other function is only incidental. For example, if we focus on fresh air, the dehumidification function is limited. If we focus on dehumidification, the air volume of fresh air is also very small. After all, it's two different systems, and it's not easy to want to be so good.
Therefore, I can only say that the new air dehumidifiers currently appearing in the market are not yet perfect. It is recommended to install both fresh air and dehumidification systems in the basement. So what are the requirements for configuring fresh air systems in basements and general apartments? Due to the fact that almost all ventilation in the basement relies on the fresh air system, the requirements for air volume will be higher. In addition, the basement needs to have an interface to the outside in order to introduce outdoor air.
