Dryer unpacking acceptance
After the new equipment arrives, the equipment management department, together with the purchasing unit and the user (or receiving unit), will carry out unpacking inspection and acceptance, and check whether the equipment is damaged or lost during transportation, as well as accessories and random spare parts.
Whether the special tools, technical data, etc. are in agreement with the contract. The packing list is consistent, and the equipment unpacking inspection and acceptance form should be filled in and stored in the equipment file.
If there is any defect or unqualified phenomenon, it should be dealt with immediately to the relevant unit, request or claim for compensation.
